Like many of our customers, we began as a start-up business. Our founder, David Roberts, wanted to automate the sub-prime automobile and Bankruptcy auto loan process after a career as a General Manager at a dealership. A need for our services came about when David saw a large majority of loan deals where customers were not given a true “fresh

start” with bad rates, deals where customers had zero or up-to $20,000.00 in minus equity, and an overall bad experience in trying to make a good decision on a vehicle loan. He worked with a team of Attorneys, Auto Lenders and professional finance staff to develop software to manage this more efficiently along with a program that was educational, innovative and success driven—for the customer. David realized that the customers could also benefit from this process and formed Automotive Fresh Start Center in 1998 to begin working with people with damaged credit or those who were in the middle or just finished a Bankruptcy. We understand our customers’ needs and the challenges they face. Like them, Automotive Fresh Start Center has an entrepreneurial spirit at heart. Today, we have scores of customers and relationships with Attorney networks in nine (9) States and adding each year. Our broad network is designed to get the cars to the customer while encouraging transparency, innovation, honesty and great business acumen. Our operations are currently out of our national headquarters in Jacksonville, FL to better serve our clients and Attorneys regionally. We are pleased to be on the leading edge of software, educational and proprietary data source solutions to assist our clients in our programs as we move to a more prominent level Nationally.
