To ensure the best possible results, all client accounts must remain current. Open invoices and overdue balances can delay progress, including the processing of attorney letters and other service-related actions.
For clients on a payment plan, payments must be made within 30 days of one another to maintain uninterrupted service. Missed or delayed payments may slow the advancement of your file.
Please respond to all communications using the same email address used during enrollment. Our company operates with a dedicated team of professionals, and timely communication with our staff is essential to providing organized and efficient service.
When our team is unable to access account information due to a lack of communication, missing documentation, or past-due balances, services may be paused until the account is brought current. Consistent communication and prompt responses help us keep your file moving forward without unnecessary delays.
Definitions:
Issue Processing - Identity Iq is not up to date with all 3 bureaus
Missing ID Documents: upload your ID and piece of mail preferably a passport
Outstanding Invoice: Your services are paused you have not paid in 30 days agreeing to a payment arrangement
If we requested to speak to you and you have not set up an appointment to speak. You control your results and timeline. Updates can’t be sent with viewing an old credit report
(emails addresses from our staff [email protected] [email protected] and KAPSS INC weekly texts are not recommended all questions are addressed on your portal of follow up call once onboarding is complete with no missing tasks)
