Sometimes the best opportunity shows up when everyone else is distracted by the bad news. 👀

A higher rate doesn’t automatically mean a bad deal, just like a lower rate doesn’t automatically mean a good one.

The real question is: What can we negotiate RIGHT NOW?

Price. Seller concessions. Closing costs. Rate buydowns.

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines, this might be a good week to at least look at the numbers.

Work is good. I love what I do and I’m grateful for the business I get to build.

But getting to work while also being Coco? Priceless.

Loose teeth, belly laughs, little voices, a million interruptions and somehow still getting business handled in between it all.

I forgot just how much energy it takes to work full time AND keep up with littles. I’m tired. Like… TIRED tired. 😂

And can we talk about the fact that their parents do this EVERY. SINGLE. DAY?! Work, kids, schedules, meals, baths, bedtime and then wake up and do it all over again. They are the real MVPs because WOW. Coco needs a nap. 😂

But these are the moments I’ll remember. The emails can be answered. The calls can be returned. The work will always be there.

They won’t always be this little.

Coco mode ON. Work mode apparently also on. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. ❤️
