Vince Caicedo: with 20 years in the mortgage industry Vince has seen it all and been able to navigate changes in the market to his advantage. Vince is our area manager and helps with client retention. He serves Florida, Puerto Rico and Virginia. Dave Mumbauer: with 8 years in mortgages, and 10 years as a Regional Manager at a National Logistics company, Dave has skill sets that embrace being proactive, building relationships, effective communication, and problem solving. Dave is our numbers man and helps with operations. Joselyn Brunelle: Joselyn has 20 year's experience in the real estate industry. She started off her career in mortgages and transferred to being a real estate agent where she is a top producer and has helped over 200 homeowners. Joselyn is our office manager. Nicole Carroll: Nicole has over 21 year's experience. Her background includes being the CEO of a real estate investment firm, paralegal and business development representative for a title company. She is currently our client relations manager. Lauren Teears: Lauren has 12 years in the mortgage industry. She is our support system for our loan officers and helps to make sure the team is running smoothly. Lauren is our branch manager.
