Another win for my client!! 👏👏 Chapter 7 bankruptcy was removed after we sent disputes to the credit bureaus. This process can take a few months, but it's definitely worth the wait. I always stress to my clients that disputes and removals are not 100% guaranteed!!! This is a review of a large and very well-known credit repair company. The customer complained about derogatory items being removed but were re-added months later. This is nothing uncommon, and I've seen it many times before. 🗣🗣THE ONLY WAY TO ENSURE COLLECTION ACCOUNTS ARE NOT ADDED BACK IS TO SETTLE THE DEBT AND PAY IT!!!

***Attention Business Owners here's some great information I came across that will help your business.

1. Stop treating your business like a hustle.
- register with the state
-get a EIN
-register with D&B/Sam
-get a business account
-start building business credit
-trademark, patent & copyright

2. Put yourself on payroll. Don’t quit your 9-5 until you are CONSISTENTLY making at least 2-3 times your 9-5 income. Do NOT pocket all of your business income. You need to be consistently investing back into your business. Have a reserves account.

3. Invest in marketing/ branding. Your customers should be COMING to you.
-stop inboxing people offering your services
-stop tagging everyone offering your services
-stop posting your links on random pages and in random comment sections

Invest in automations: email/text marketing, CRM software and processes, automated messaging, retargeting ads.

4. Stop chasing money. Your business should evolve around a passion that solves a problem. Stop doing something just because everyone else does it. SET yourself apart from everyone else.

5. You will have down times. NO ONE is consistently winning.

6. Understand that NOTHING happens overnight.

7. Understand you have to PAY to be the boss:
-vendor fees, merchant fees, taxes(federal, state & property, inventory/merchandise , software fees, payroll, lease/mortgage, utilities, title, maintenance, contractors etc.

8. Keep a updated business plan. You should have goals of where your business is headed within the 5 years.

***Late Payment Removal (by phone to creditor)

Here is the full sequence of how to remove late payments by phone to creditor.

Build Rappprt - 99% of the calls bank support gets are demanding, rude, and mean. You can win the person over by being the exact opposite and create an interest or willingness on their end to help with your issue

1. Call Creditor - you want to speak to a manager who has more decision power. Ask the first representative (very nicely) that you are calling about an erroneous reporting issue that you’ve called about previously and were told to ask for a manager next time you called

2. Goodwill Approach - Because this is your opportunity to speak with a live person, the best first approach to calls will be a relatable explanation as to why your "hardship" resulted in missed payments. While I don't condone you create a story out of thin air, the rep needs to be sold on its truth (that it actually happened). Keep in mind, they take notes so make sure you have your story straight.

Note: This method may take 5-10 calls to be effective. Stick to whichever story you started with. Meaning if you speak to a supervisor and tell them that you had auto pay on and they didn’t take the payment and you never received notification then that’s the same reason you should give each time you call.
