We are hiring for a Customer Service/Cashier position. We have been servicing the Jacksonville community and surrounding areas for 29 years!



Responsibilities include: Greeting and assisting customers; Taking payments and balancing cash drawer; Answering phones and directing calls; Sending and receiving fax; Corresponding via email and text; Filing; Maintaining daily reports using Excel; Performing other duties as assigned



Qualifications:

-Friendly and courteous demeanor

-Ability to work independently and in a team environment

-Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast paced and changing environment

-Ability to take initiative and utilize good judgment to make sound decisions

-Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers

-Effective verbal and written communication skills

-Maintains organization and cleanliness of cashier office and surrounding areas



Preferred: Minimum of 1 year Customer Service/Cashier experience
