Our Sales Recruiter / Trainer will assist in the development of profitable new business startups across the US, through a culture driven procedure.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Supervise all production and profitable development of national territories
· Develop and train new field associates on company’s procedures
· Makes note of both new and desirable prospects. Initiate calls and follow up with individuals progress
· Gather and keep specific information on associates progress
· Develop rapport with local and national associates to collaborate with different offices to help grow company as a whole
· Encourage producers to make sales calls and give constant feedback on, how to improve
Experience:
Will need to have a 215 License (Life, Health and Annuity) or be willing to get license.
