It's estimated that 22 Service Members kill themselves every day,

Many see it as weakness, but no one knows the battles someone is facing. Many have brought the war back home with them and let's face the facts: It's expensive to help others! The "Investments" in IzMaCo's name is about providing the financial resources to reach those 22, and show them our tomorrow is going to be better than their today.

Our drive is not to build a long-term financial investment institution, that's only the first step. Our long-term goal is to build a sustainable engine to keep reaching out to those that need a hand.

We absolutely want to provide a financial return to those that helped build IzMaCo. However, the true investment here is so others don't experience the loss of a father, mother, brother, sister, son, or daughter!

The questions "So what?" or "What for?" are asked in trying to describe what IzMaCo is doing. The "So what?," non-profits that are there to help the veteran community and getting vet start-ups off the ground is expensive. The "What for?," to create the John "Red" Morgan Foundation, an endowment that will be self-sustaining and continue a legacy of service to the veteran community and to the country.

Helping others is costly and those that have a mission of helping others are spending money to chase money to run their organizations. What if that can soon change?

First goal, build a real estate investment company that is accessible to anyone. The final goal being to financial support those that are trying to great things!

How, building a legacy company that will one day support a foundation to sustain an endowment well into the future.

Why, advocating and supporting others is incredibly expensive! We want those that have noble intentions to fully focus on what their mission is and not spend time requesting donations.

Approach, we can do more as a for-profit with the help of investors. Investors will aid IzMaCo in building a larger portfolio of properties that will result in generating higher revenue.

Process, we will work hard for the results that will make our investors happy. We will work even harder for our investors to exit with a great return and the pride that they helped build an organization that is going to help so many others!

Final, with a revenue generating machine that supports non-profit organizations and business start-ups.

Results, anyone, or those that need it the most, now have a stronger support structure, a since of belonging, and a purpose!

He has years of cross-functional managerial experience. His expertise lies in analytics, communication, client interaction, optimization, and collaboration.

My end goal is actually not to be a real estate investment company, I want these houses to be this revenue generating machine that helps, not just vets, but they are my focus, support programs, vocational training, and start-ups. I think I can do a lot more as a for-profit company, gives a lot more maneuverability. Basically, I want to become an endowment that supports programs and start-ups so they don't have to chase down money and they can just focus on what they want to do. I won't be able to do that probably for a couple of years because I'm trying to get investors that will help me accelerate and maximize what I can do in the long-term. My first duty is to the investor and the returns they expect, overtime I will buy their equity back and then put the money that would be going to the investor to the endowment that will be IzMaCo's legacy!
