🚨 Scam Alert: Spoofed Calls From Our Number

We've had reports of scammers spoofing our phone number. Your caller ID shows our real number, but it's not actually us calling.

Here's what to know:

📞 We will NEVER call and ask you for:

• Your full debit/credit card number, PIN or CVV
• Your online or mobile banking password
• A one-time passcode (OTP) or verification code we just texted you
• Your Social Security number, out of the blue

🛑 If you get a call like this, even if it looks like it's from us:

• Hang up. Don't press any numbers, don't "verify" anything on the call.
• Call us back directly using the number on the back of your card or on our official website. Never use a number given to you during the suspicious call.
• Never give out a passcode or PIN, even if the caller says it's to "cancel a transaction" or "verify your identity." We will never ask for it over the phone.

💡 Remember: Caller ID can be faked. If something feels off, it's always okay to hang up and call us back yourself.

If you think you've been targeted by a scam call, contact us right away so we can help protect your account.
