🎊 Congratulations to Mr. David and Mrs. Danielle Daniot on the closing of their gorgeous second home! ✨

It was such a pleasure helping you both secure the financing for your beautiful new property right on the river's edge in Decaturville, TN! 🌊🏡 Coming from Nashville, you now have the perfect waterfront escape, and I couldn't be happier for you.

A huge thank you to their amazing realtor and now riverfront neighbor, Mrs. Dessie Hardee with RE/MAX Realty Source for being an incredible partner in making this happen. From start to finish, this was a super easy and fast loan process, and it’s all thanks to an amazing team effort!

🏠Huge congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Steven and Kim Banker on the purchase of their beautiful new home in Lexington, TN! This gorgeous property sits right by the stunning Natchez Trace State Park, and I couldn’t be happier for them as they start this next chapter. A special shoutout and thank you to my girl, Jennifer Keats, the House Huntress Realtor, with RE/MAX REAL ESTATE, for trusting me with this referral! Fun fact about this closing: I actually never met Steven and Kim in person until the day we signed the papers! But throughout the loan process, we became great friends and shared so many laughs—mostly about chickens! 🐔 I was incredibly touched to receive a beautiful personal thank you note and a gift of appreciation from them at closing. It is truly clients like the Banker's, who make what we do, so very rewarding. Welcome home, Steven and Kim! Thank you for letting Preferred Plus Mortgage Corp. be a part of your journey!🥰😍
