1. The FED left rates unchanged. It's been an entire year that the FED has not made any changes to the FED FUNDS RATE

2. Mortgage interest rates are near a 52 week low

3. August is the best time historically to buy a due to higher inventory levels and reduced buyer demand.

I love helping my clients save money whenever possible.

One of my clients just received a $1250 "award" based on the area median income.

She did nothing to receive this credit other than verify her income with Freddie mac.
