I recently helped a gentleman with a claim.
He was the husband of a small business owner who was offering her employees Aflac benefits for the first time.

He said "Hey I had Aflac one time"
Me " Really you don't have Aflac policies today?"
Him "It was way back in 2008 and I only had it a couple of months , I got cancer and it would not pay for some reason"

One week later :

$large$ multi$ thousand $dollar$ check paid to this client from 11 year old stomach cancer diagnosis. On a plan he paid two months premium for.
Then we found out he's my fiancé's cousin. But that's another story about being from the south.
