Justin Gilliland at Golden Rule Insurance really made the experience a great one. I am a recent college grad and VERY new at all things insurance and really adulting in general. He took the time to work with me and even send me videos and How-To's for me to follow. He really met me where I was at and helped me, and later even my roommate, transition with confidence into all the adulting things.
