An empty house always makes me wonder: has the seller already moved? Are they still paying to keep this home while living somewhere else?

That doesn’t automatically mean you’ll get a deal. But it’s worth asking your agent about the seller’s timeline. You may have room to negotiate the price, ask for help with closing costs, or work out a move-in date that fits your plans.
