Yesterday wrapped up the official classes for the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association, Inc. Future Leaders program and I couldn’t be more proud of my team, Gold Strike Mortgage.

Their hard work, dedication to learning, and focus throughout the program truly showed. They knocked their final presentation out of the park! 👏

We’ve shared a lot of laughs and growth over the past few months, and I’m incredibly honored to have had the opportunity to work alongside them and serve as their mentor.

Such a great year and hard to believe it’s already coming to an end. Excited to see what’s ahead for each of them! ✨
