Lately, though, things have started to calm down a bit… and that stability matters more than people realize.

Buying a home is almost always a mix of emotion and math. You want the kitchen you picture hosting holidays in, but you also want to feel comfortable when the monthly payment hits.

Honestly, the “perfect” house usually isn’t the one that checks every single emotional box OR the one that’s only practical. It’s usually somewhere in the middle where it feels right and still makes sense financially.
