Handicap parking is at the end of the gym. Anyone can pull around the back of the school also and be let out right at the cafeteria doors, and then park in handicap parking so they don’t have to walk so far.

Breathitt County was well represented at the District 11 Youth Contest this year!

Held September 22 at the Perry County Library, the contest brought together Farm Bureau youth from across the 11-county district, with 9 counties represented in this year’s competition.

We were proud to have Devin Cockerham represent Breathitt County in the Variety Show, where he performed the National Anthem.

Sam Westin Herald also represented Breathitt County in the Male Outstanding Farm Bureau Youth Contest. Sam gave a speech and participated in an interview with the judges, showcasing his knowledge, confidence, and commitment to agriculture and Farm Bureau.

We are so proud of both of these young people for stepping up, representing Breathitt County, and giving their best! It’s always exciting to see our youth getting involved, building confidence, and representing our county across the district.

Congratulations, Devin and Sam! We’re proud of you!
