This was an investment-property loan with some unique circumstances, and he stayed responsive, communicative, and focused on getting things done from start to finish.

Whenever I had a question or concern, he took the time to explain what was going on and kept me updated throughout underwriting and closing.
I especially appreciated how accessible he was and how hard he worked to keep everything moving when timing became critical near closing. He helped get all the moving pieces together and got us across the finish line.

I had a very positive experience with James and Northpointe Bank and would absolutely work with him again. In fact, I’m already considering using him for my next investment property.

He was very communicative the entire process. The 5 other loan officers I spoke with at different companies never communicated and seemed to avoid my communications. James did not, he is great!

I had to put my Superman cape on again for this one! It feels so good to be able to help people especially those who were told "NO" or just simply ignored by their previous 5 Loan Officers they dealt with. I pride myself in communication with every client I work with and don't brush aside the non cookie cutter loans. This one was a bit challenging but after digging into it a little bit we found a solution and got her closed! I can do business in all 50 states! Call or text at 850-499-6034
