Spend a Saturday at the market, shoot what moves you, and submit your best work for consideration to be included in our online community photo essay, set to publish in August.

We're excited to have another event space in Downtown Jackson, The Press Room! The Press Room is a modern wedding day and event venue that can host your corporate party, fundraiser, ceremony, cocktail hour, or wedding reception, with the on-site staff to offer guidance and a helping hand. It is located above Homesoule in the historic Jackson Sun building and their capacity is 275 people.

Have you seen the new asphalt art on Royal St. in between The Neely House and Jaxon Station? Ashley Akerson just finished installing this project alongside Our Jackson Home and City of Jackson, TN - Government, and it is rooted in the cultural history of the corridor and designed with the purpose to bring vibrant color to a busy road and give people a reason to stop and look. We're excited for how this new artwork will be functional in slowing traffic and increasing walkability, and for how it honors the history of Royal Street.
