🇺🇸 We pause to remember.

Before Dyer County and Crockett County took the field, the community came together for a special 9/11 tribute featuring WoodmenLife’s 60-by-30-foot American flag.

WoodmenLife Representative Britt Atkins helped coordinate the tribute as part of “100 Flags: A WoodmenLife 9/11 Tribute.

We remember the lives lost, honor our military members and first responders, and recognize all who continue to serve and protect our communities

🇺🇸 Honoring Heroes. Remembering Their Sacrifice. Never Forget. 🇺🇸

WoodmenLife was honored to be part of the Jackson Fire Department’s 4th Annual Patriot Day Memorial Stair Climb, held at The Ballpark at Jackson, home of the Jackson Rockabillys.

The annual climb honors the first responders who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, with participants climbing 110 stories — 2,200 steps — in remembrance of the ascent made by first responders at the World Trade Center.

For this year’s tribute, WoodmenLife provided the large American flag displayed high above the ballpark between two Jackson Fire Department ladder trucks — a powerful symbol of remembrance, service and sacrifice.

Our WoodmenLife team also took part in the climb. Recruiting Sales Manager Scott Murray and Sales Representative Brandon Lewis joined first responders and community members in completing the memorial stair climb and honoring those who gave their lives that day.

We are honored to partner with the Jackson Fire Department and the Jackson Rockabillys in this meaningful community tribute, and proud to stand alongside those who continue to serve and protect our communities every day.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 We Will Never Forget. 🇺🇸

Today, twenty-five years later, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes that courageously answered the call, and recognize the service and sacrifice of those who continue to protect our communities and our country.

This year, WoodmenLife is honoring that legacy through “100 Flags: A National WoodmenLife 9/11 Tribute.” At 100 high school football games nationwide, WoodmenLife is joining communities for special pre-game ceremonies, where an impressive 60-by-30-foot U.S. Flag will be presented.

Each flag serves as a powerful symbol of remembrance and a tribute to our military members, First Responders, and all who continue to serve and protect our communities and our country.

We are honored that communities across Tennessee are participating in this meaningful tribute:

🇺🇸 Dyer County High School vs Crockett County High School

🇺🇸 Kenwood High School vs West Creek High School

🇺🇸 Dresden High School vs Gleason High School

🇺🇸 Loretto High School vs Scotts Hill High School

🇺🇸 Hardin County High School vs Chester County High School

🇺🇸 Lexington High School vs Jackson North Side

🇺🇸 Austin Peay University vs Morehead State (9/12)

Today, we remember the lives lost, honor the bravery, service and sacrifice of so many, and proudly display the Stars and Stripes as a symbol of the strength, resilience and unity that bind us as a nation.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸
