James has spent the last 11 years of his life working in the cellular service industry. He worked at Sprint from 2010-2014, ATT from 2014-2017, and Verizon from 2017-2022. Most of those years he was known as "Lloydd" at those companies (because he worked with another James and wanted to avoid confusion). After 11 years, however, James decided to shift gears and try to take his award winning customer service skills to another, more meaningful realm - the realm of Life, Accident, and Health Insurance.
