Edward Jones-Financial Advisor: Wesley Brown We help you plan for your financial future by focusing on what matters most to you! It all starts with a complimentary conversation. Let's talk!

My career journey began by wanting to follow in the footsteps of a man that showed me the blueprint of what hard work, accountability and integrity can do for you. This is a man that has overcome a lot during his lifetime. From growing up in Canton, Ohio during the Great Depression and World War II to overcoming a battle with Polio, he never let any obstacle get in his way. He began working at a young age running a paper route, which helped him learn the value of saving and a strong work ethic. This man, who came from humble beginnings, grew up to become CFO at a publishing company. Now who is this man? It is someone who I look up to as my hero – my grandfather. His story really helped set the tone for my career and Life! My life mission is to have a positive influence on the life of every person I encounter, whether it be through a smile, a wave or guiding a family to help achieve their financial goals and dreams. I love to learn about people and their stories. Helping others is one of my life priorities and I believe that the best way to help yourself is to first help other people. I began my career in financial services in 2014. I am very passionate about cultivating long lasting relationships by providing exceptional service, customized advice and a disciplined approach to investing. I believe that managing wealth extends far beyond building investment portfolios. It means collaborating with people to understand what matters most to them. I help people navigate through the cycles of life while focusing on their priorities. I believe that every person's future is unique to them. My passion is helping people to create a financial plan centered around their goals and priorities to help them to live their ideal lifestyle while easing their mind by knowing that I am looking out for their best interest.

The Fed raised interest rates for the first time in three years, as widely expected. While the announcement prompted an initial market reaction, resilient economic growth, strong corporate earnings and continued consumer spending could help support equities, even if interest rates move somewhat higher. Meanwhile, higher short-term bond yields may create new opportunities for investors seeking income.
