Tanya recalls how she spotted a Beginnings member who needed support while shopping. Her story highlights the importance of remaining vigilant of those in need and how a bit of well-timed support can make all the difference!

While shopping at Walmart, I was recognized by a member who asked for assistance with our mobile app. I was able to help the member successfully enroll in the app on the spot.

The following day, the member visited the branch to complete a legacy checking switch with me. During our initial interaction, I noticed that the member had a Classic account, which allowed me to further support their banking needs.

This experience highlights the importance of being available to assist members whenever and wherever the opportunity arises.
