The Cornell Hedge Fund

The Cornell Hedge Fund is a student-run undergraduate hedge fund at Cornell University with tens of thousands in assets.

The Cornell Hedge Fund is Cornell's largest undergraduate investment organization. Through real-world investing experience, ongoing education, and mentorship, we seek to provide students with the opportunities to develop their skills and interests in finance, regardless of their background. We are committed to our foundational values of integrity, innovation,and diversity to sustain an atmosphere that maximizes our members' personal and professional growth.

Cornell Hedge Fund is so excited to be kicking off this semester’s recruitment process with our diversity recruiting efforts. We are introducing our diversity coffee chats. The form to sign up will open this Sunday at 11:59pm and close January 23 at 11:59pm. After that, our regular coffee chat form will open which will be open to all! We can’t wait to meet you all!

Meet CY: CY Hwang is a sophomore from Dubai, U.A.E., studying Applied Economics and Information Science. Outside of CHF, he is a member of Cornell Undergraduate Asia Business Society (CUABS) and Cornell Investment Banking Club. In his free time, CY enjoys playing footy, watching f1, trying out new restaurants, and exploring the different types of naps! Meet Arnav: Arnav Dham is a freshman from Princeton, New Jersey, who intends to study Information Science and Economics. Outside of CHF, he is a member of Cornell Financial Analysts. Arnav enjoys golf, reading, and watching football in his free time. He’s a huge NY Giants fan. A fun fact about Arnav: he loves spontaneous trips with friends!

Meet Nick: Nick Hsieh is a freshman from West Chester, Pennsylvania, studying Operations Research and Engineering in the College of Engineering. Outside of CHF, he is a member of the Cornell Quant Fund and the Cornell University Figure Skating Club. Nick enjoys playing the violin, figure skating, watching Youtube videos, and eating with his friends in his free time. A fun fact about Nick: his last name can be spelled with numbers!
