I am not very wise in the way of home purchases, mortgages, etc and was quite nervous at the beginning of the process. Eric kept me calm during the monthlong process and got me through! He also pointed out finance options that I was not aware existed, one of which I ended up choosing,
It is quite obvious that Eric's knowledge on all topics regarding home financing as he was able to answer every question I had (with patience) and explain them in a way that I could understand. Regardless of the day of the week, he would reply to phone calls and text messages very quickly which aided in keeping me calm as occasionally I was panicked when I would contact him! I asked him multiple times to make calculations based on different assumptions and he did not hesitate to comply with my requests.
I am now on my knees every night praying the interest rates will drop to a point where it makes sense to refinance and I, without question, will be contacting Eric to lead me through the process.
CrossCountry Mortgage is very fortunate to have a person of Eric's professionalism, knowledge, and people skills on its staff.
