Low Rates and Rising Prices Equal Opportunity, The best opportunities are rarely obvious.

We saw this recently in the housing market, when many people incorrectly surmised that things had permanently changed for the worse. In fact, owning a home is still the goal of most.

Recently, those who took action when others hesitated have been justly rewarded. They enjoy historically low interest rates and values that are on the rise once again.

For others, it's not too late. The economy is showing signs of life. While interest rates are rising, they are still very low by any historical measure. Affordability is still enabling the purchase of more home than you might have purchased in the past for a payment that can now be considerably smaller.

Making the Leap to Ownership, It's Not as Daring as You Might Think.
