What to do if you’re hit by an uninsured or underinsured driver?

Make sure your policy has UM. You could get into an accident with someone who has no coverage (uninsured) or with someone who has very little coverage (underinsured). UM would help pay for damages to your vehicle and any injuries you may sustain.

Is Your Home In A High-Risk Landslide Area?

The Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR) developed a map through the Geologic Information Portal that gives residents an idea of which areas around the state could be susceptible to landslides. Check to see if your home or area is more vulnerable to landslides and where slides have occurred in the past. This is an indicator of areas at higher risks.
