If you need to make a policy change, please contact us directly. We are taking detailed notes, and any change will be considered bound as of the time of your conversation with us.

We are able to accept cash or check payments in our office. Your payment will be recorded as of the date and time it is received.

Erie’s Customer Care team is available at limited capacity from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
