Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) is a privately owned cooperative of approximately 865 financial and affiliated institutions.

Our five-state District covers Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, and Texas. We provide our members with short- and long-term funding through advances and credit products. As well, we support their efforts to fund affordable housing and economic development programs in their local communities. FHLB Dallas reported total assets of $36.9 billion as of March 31, 2015. Sixteen Mississippi community-based organizations received a combined $355,950 in grants from FHLB Dallas’ Partnership Grant Program (PGP), part of more than $1.8M awarded across FHLB Dallas’ five-state region. The grants were celebrated today during an event in Ridgeland, Mississippi, as FHLB Dallas marked the program’s 30th anniversary. The grants were awarded in partnership with nine FHLB Dallas member institutions.

Through PGP, FHLB Dallas members contribute to nonprofits and FHLB Dallas matches those contributions at a 5:1 ratio, helping organizations grow, innovate and serve their communities more effectively.
