Trying to control everything? You're actually out of control. 🎯

One of the biggest lessons I've had to learn as an entrepreneur: learning when to delegate.

For a long time, I didn't hand off work. I didn't train, I didn't invest in my team, and it showed. More errors, more frustration… and honestly, I did it to myself.

So we changed it. Now our team trains every single day, Monday through Friday, for one hour (except on our weekly meeting day). Today our team is prepared, equipped and confident, and it freed up my time to go find the leads they close.

If this helps anyone: let go of what you're trying to hold on to. Delegation is something you have to work on, and that means investing in the team you have. 💪
