BIG CONGRATULATIONS JUST CLOSED 10/17/2023

About two months ago I received a phone call inquiring about purchasing a home. The caller went on to explain that she was working with a Bank to close the loan... Well that Bank dropped the ball big time. Next was a lender at My Choice Home Loans... who approved her. She selected a House only for that lender to state the file was to complex and the borrower should walk away because the deal was a dud... Well me being Key... U know that was not an option... At this point the listing agent and seller tried to drag the buyer under a bus by only agreeing to extend if the buyer would agree to pay full price with no closing after having her preferred Benchmark Lender review my clients file.... Even though we expressed that we could close in a week since we immediately regrouped and hired Planet Home Lending to get the job done. Long story a bit shorter the buyer decided to walk away from that property and found a much more beautiful home that better suited her needs and Desires and closed on it in two weeks. Cheers to her for taking my advice and not taking No for an answer 🥂🎊🥳 Thanks Timothy Shelton for closing the loan you and your team worked this File champion style. Yassss 🎊🎊🎊🎊
