The perfect candidate for this job would be a energetic and self motivated sales individual. This is a opportunity to establish yourself in the world of insurance sales and to start thinking like a entrepreneur. We are looking for team members who are comfortable making and taking calls. Call center experience or sales experience is a plus. As an insurance agent you will receive a generous commissions for your sales. You will be provided a comfortable and inviting work environment and a encouraging team to help you meet your personal property and casualty insurance sales goals every month. This is an established insurance office under new management looking to add some fun and fresh staff to the team.
The office is located in Irving, TX and will full time dedication. Office hours are 9am-6pm Monday-Friday and by appointment only on Saturdays. Team members often work one weekend per month to host events or otherwise. Job performance is determined by sales and bonuses are awarded monthly.
