Our investors are accredited and institutional investors such as physicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs and other high net worth investors looking for diversification. In addition, we are working with institutional investors such as pension funds, family offices, and endowment funds. Most of our investors are looking to take advantage of low risk commercial real estate investments in emerging market

s by diversifying their existing portfolios. As General Partners we have positioned the fund to take advantage of different markets and asset classes mainly by direct acquisition of Class B Apartments and the development of Class A ground up projects and Class C multifamily apartments in Class A, B neighborhoods. Our joint venture and partnerships with other funds such as Aii Investors and The Chesser Group who have over twenty years of investment experience, provide back office analytics and added investment expertise to our team. The relationship with developers provides us with additional diversification with other asset classes such as retail, hospitality, senior living and student housing.
