Mortgage rates dropped slightly this week. If you are on the fence, this maybe the time to lock in a low 15 or 30 year mortgage before rates increase again.

A drop in mortgage interest rates did nothing to spur borrowers to action. Applications for to both refinance and to purchase a home fell for the week.
