Are you sitting on equity in an investment/rental property and dont think you qualify to pull cash out because of your income or credit?

A bit of a late post...but a couple weeks back, my kids asked if we could celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Route 66 with a road trip to before they start college.
There is nothing I love more than hanging with my Tribe on new adventures...so hell yes we jumped into the ol Yukon and off we went.
We checked out the Route 66 Museum in Victorville, hung with the wild b***os in Oatman, hiked the desert near Kingman, grabbed at an old school 50s diner and even went 200ft underground in the Grand Canyon Caverns.
Real talk...idk what part I enjoyed the most...the scenery we saw...the b***o that walked into the store and snuck up on me...or the fact that our kids have that traveling bug and like to hit the road with their folks.

Yep...I'm going to go with that last one. These are the moments and memories that give me a warm and fuzzy. 🙌🏼🐴🫡🤎

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand time...the VA loan is by far the BEST loan out there to use.

What is the difference between getting prequalified versus preapproved?

Well...a lot actually. One is more of a verbal guesstimation amd the other is formal and fully reviewed feedback.

The difference is significant and important.

Im happy to provide you verbal estimates and what not, but you never want to move forward without a full and complete review and approval.

That is a recipe for disaster.

Sometimes...no matter how hard you try to avoid it...you run into challenges on a mortgage loan.

It happens guys. Sometimes its a result of a mistake...a misunderstanding or unforseen circumstances. Or maybe the loan gods just arent smiling upon your application that day.

Whatever the case may be...this is when working with a direct lender that has a the Batphone connection with the underwriter or even the investors that purchase the loans on the secondary market can come in clutch for you.
