Today’s home buyers are prominently expecting a huge price drop waiting for a bubble to burst and take advantage on lower home values. The truth is times are different, we don’t live in a post mortgage meltdown era, we learned from the past. If you are waiting for a price drop, you will probably miss the boat on getting a home at a decent value with an excellent mortgage rate. Don’t wait! Unless you want to really wait 5, 10, 15 years for a possibility of home values dropping that may not even be happening. This article nails my views on prospective future home values.
