One of the most asked questions is, what do I do 1st if I want to buy a home?

Get prequalified aka pre-approved. The terms are used Interchangeably but they are different. Pre-qual is more verbal where the pre-approval is more legit because your LO is going to get your documents and pull your credit.

I always get an underwritten pre-approval which gives more confidence to the seller that you are qualified and makes for a faster process since the underwriter has already calculated your income.
