101 W. Broadway: Sold to Saca Development for $43.9M. The 20-story tower is 77% leased, with Morgan Stanley as its largest tenant.

225 Broadway: Sold to XYZ.rent for $48M. The 22-story tower is 84% leased, with plans to revitalize the area, including possibly bringing back the farmers market!

Both buyers are confident in downtown San Diego’s future, despite high office vacancy rates. Irvine Company is shifting its focus to University City, where new developments are underway.
