When I thought I couldn’t continue I forced myself to keep going. My story will be about persistence not luck.
It’s easy to observe others who have achieved success and talk about how lucky they are. The truth is a path to success and happiness is rarely built solely on luck.
We see it as luck because in most cases we are only seeing a snapshot of that persons life. Where they are now.
If we knew everyone’s story, we could more easily see the direct correlation between hard work, massive action and persistence to their success.
Let me ask you, If you knew that by taking certain steps consistently and persistently you would achieve your dream life, filled with happiness and success ....With certainty, without any doubt... Then would you take action today?

Buyer sentiment is rising the past couple weeks 🔥❤️

Last year was rough in the real estate and mortgage industry 😖

Like everyone, I had two options:

☝🏼 sit on the sidelines. Complain, wait, catch up on Netflix binging 📺
✌🏼 Double down on myself and my business

I chose number 2. 💪🏼

I built out a social media lead gen system with full automation and follow up.

Connected with homebuyers who were early in the process or sitting on the fence and watching the market.

As the market continues to warm up, I’ll be sitting with a pipeline of interested homebuyers who I’ve already been in front of for 3-6 months.

I CAN’T control the market.

I CAN control how I respond to it.

Don’t stop. Don’t give in. Get through it. 👊🏼

PS I have a couple of regions where I’m looking for a select few Realtor partners to assist with buyers.

PPS I am looking for a loan officer who is interested in joining the team and wants 50+ leads to work each month. 🔥🔥
