Bar De Leon, Partner, One Pacific Financial Strategies . Bar began his financial career in 1999 working in retail banking. He continued this success at J.P. Morgan Chase in 2014.

Transitioning to financial services in 2011 with New York Life, Bar found early success as well as a passion for helping other advisors. In 2015, Bar was recruited by MassMutual Financial Group to become a Managing Director, building one of the top teams in Southern California.
