Always available to answer questions, he was helpful in the process and the steps I needed to take to move ahead. he helped me on more than one occasion, by setting up a three way phone call between sources to more easily explain and advance the process. He was extraordinarily attentive and available in this whole transaction, and remarkably easy to work with to obtain the documents I needed to complete the process.
