One of the things we've come to appreciate over time is that most important decisions don't arrive with complete information. Whether it's an investment, a business opportunity, or a major life decision, there is almost always some level of uncertainty involved.
The people who consistently make good decisions aren't necessarily better at predicting the future. More often, they have a process. They ask questions, look for evidence, and take the time to understand what sits beneath the surface before moving forward.
