loans, which is slightly less expensive than having an in house processing center. We have 3 excellent processors with over 20 years of combined experience. We process all types of loans: Conventional, Agency, Portfolio, FHA, Reverse, plus various government agency programs. Using a state-of-the-art automated system we prepare the loan disclosures (including Docusign disclosures). We coordinate with the broker, lender, title company, and borrowers, and help the agents to pre-underwrite their loans, from simple to complex. We have extensive experience with Calyx Point, and some of the many Lenders we’ve worked with include: US Bank, Union Bank, Acopia, UWM, Stearns, Ethos and Caliber. Nothing is too difficult for our Ace processors! Our introductory fee is $695 per file for the 1st three after that $795 per file (plus additional charges $150 for subordination, seconds and HELOCs).. A Accurate
