I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) License # 863852 as well as a California Real Estate Broker, License # 01431017. Following graduation from college I started in Residential Real Estate in the New Home Sales Industry as an Assistant at the New Home Community of Rancho San Clemente. While employed during the day, I attended L

aw School during the evening and earned my Juris Doctor Degree. I spent seven years working in the legal industry. In 2011, I went back into the new home sales industry selling in the New Home Community of Talega located in San Clemente. Since I am licensed through the NMLS Registry, I was required to pass very difficult National and State Tests on Regulations, Non-Traditional Loans, Ethics, and much more. At this time only about 60% of the candidates pass these tests on the first attempt. Further, every year I am required to complete 8 hours of a Comprehensive Continuing Education. Did you know that Loan Officers at banks that are FDIC approved do not have to be licensed? Just a little fact that most potential home buyers do not know.
