You know it is one thing to help a customer who has a major accident and walk them through all the paperwork and claims dialogue and dmv red tape but when your child has a major accident then you become mama all over again and have to take a deep breath and remember what it is you need to do for them and what they need to do for themselves! Thank God they are alright because that is the most important thing when your child is involved in accident is them being ok and nothing else really matters..Thanks be to Jesus for protecting my Taylor!!
I love my job and I am so glad that i know what to do and how to help at this time.............but for a moment i was lost
