I have taught real estate financing and and real estate sales from 1979 through 1990. I have managed multiple lending branches and trained 100 plus loan officers in FHA and conventional financing. I have assisted builders in AITD financing programs enabling them to offer below market interest rates to 12% while rates were at 17% nationally. I also spent part of years 2000 through 2005 selling real estate in California and Hawaii. I have assisted buyers and owners with real purchase loans and refinancing.
