A milestone moment for ALC and the future of EB-5. 🌱

American Lending Center is proud to announce the full repayment of its $146 million EB-5 senior loan for Fervo Energy’s Cape Station Phase I Project — completed in approximately 18 months.

As one of the largest utility-scale energy projects involving EB-5 financing under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 to reach successful completion, Cape Station reflects the powerful role EB-5 capital can play in supporting innovation, job creation, and sustainable economic growth.

Located in Beaver County, Utah, the project advances next-generation geothermal technology designed to deliver reliable, carbon-free energy at scale, while supporting meaningful economic development in an underserved region.

ALC is grateful to have supported this milestone project and to be part of a journey helping shape the future of clean energy.
