I need your help so I can start being more compliant. Ugh, "complacency" is not my strong suit, but regulations are regulations. Here is the story.....

I have decided to re-register my FINRA licenses to take advantage of opportunities in investment banking, utilizing my 24 and 79 licenses. Now, I will have to tighten up my marketing compliance (again, ugh). This means I'll need to put our weekly market report videos and podcasts behind a subscription wall, so it doesn't appear as if I'm giving investment advice to the general public. The subscription is free (for now), just a way to work amicably with regulations.
