Great news , our 2021 Quarter 1 earnings report 💵 for our condo purchase in Tulum, Mexico 🏝 last year is in and its Excellent!!! 💫 🌟

Even with a lower than average occupancy rate (only 56% Q1 average), the annualized profit after all expenses was still OVER the projected returns. Based on our purchase price plus furniture package it equates to around 10.68%, and if factoring in our closing costs, a 9.95%. 💯 ✅ ✅ ✅

As many know, the Riviera Maya is the #1 travel location within Mexico, and as such is one of the the best (if not the best) locations to purchase and invest within Mexico. Opportunities starting in the $50-75k range with many having income projections 4-10% (some being guaranteed).
