What an incredible week across Los Angeles and Orange County.

We kicked things off with our Operations Leadership team spending time in the market — meeting with sales teams, hosting roundtables, visiting branch partners, and learning directly from the people serving our customers every day.

The mission was simple:
How do we take an already exceptional process and make it even better for our teams, our customers, and our business partners?

That kind of commitment to growth and improvement is what makes great organizations special.

The week took us from Irvine to Buena Park, through Torrance and Manhattan Beach — and of course, no trip to the coast is complete without throwing on flip flops and making a stop at the pier. Safe to say the Wisconsin native fully embraced California life for a day. 🌴🌊

Then Saturday morning, Chase Home Lending and our Chase Branch co-workers joined thousands of supporters at SoFi Stadium for WalkUnited in support of United Way. Amazing energy, amazing cause, and an amazing way to close out the week heading into Mother’s Day weekend.

Feeling grateful for the people, the collaborations, and the momentum we’re building together.

Excited for what’s ahead. 💪

Today was more than a launch event — it felt like the beginning of a movement in Los Angeles real estate.

The SERHANT. Beverly Hills and Los Angeles teams came together in the hills above the city for an incredible morning of collaboration, strategy, relationship-building, and vision for what’s ahead.

Proud that the JPMorgan Chase Home Lending team could be part of the excitement alongside Ryan Serhant and this powerhouse new LA group.

What a week here in Orange County! ☀️

The weather showed up… and so did our people.

We kicked things off with a visit from our National Sales Manager, Ryan Hayes, who spent time out in the field with our teams — sitting in on roundtables, visiting the market, and connecting with the people who make it all happen every day.

And then… one of the best moments of the week:A surprise reunion where Kyle Kasperick presented an employee with an award from 2015 that he had been holding onto all this time 😂👏Equal parts funny and meaningful — and a great reminder that this business is all about people.

We also had the chance to collaborate with California’s executive leadership across Wealth, Banking, and Home Lending — followed by two powerful days with our Lending Managers from across the Greater West and CA.

Lots of ideas. Real strategies. Clear focus on how we continue to win — no matter the market.

Proud of this team. Excited for what’s ahead. Let’s keep going 💪

What a turnout!

We brought Steven Thomas back to Hacienda Heights for another Tri-County market update—and had over 100 people packed into the room.

The energy was incredible. So many great conversations around where the housing market is headed, what to expect with interest rates, and how to stay ahead in a changing environment.

Big thanks to Zhemyr Diaz and AJ Kouhi for helping lead such a valuable session, and to AREAA Tri-County for showing up in a big way and continuing to support our local agent community.
